هدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتحسين مستوى معرفة أمهات التلاميذ ذوي صعوبات التعلم في مدينة عمان؛ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (42) من أمهات الأطفال ذوي صعوبات التعلّم، وزعوا على مجموعتين: تجريبية تكونت من (21) أمَا، وضابطة تكونت من (21) أماً. استخدمت الباحثتان منهجين للبحث، هما: المنهج الوصفي، المنهج شبه التجريبي، كما استخدمت الباحثتان اختبارأ تحصيليا لقياس مستوى معرفة الأمهات بصعوبات التعلم، تكون من (40) فقرة موزعة على بعدين هما: (المعرفة العامة، والمعرفة التشخيصية)، أعدت الباحثتان برنامجا تدريبيا يتكون من إثنا عشرة جلسة، مدة كل جلسة (90) دقيقة، وذلك لتحسين مستوى المعرفة. أشارت نتائج الدراسة الى فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تطوير مستوى المعرفة على الدرجة الكلية، والأبعاد الفرعية على القياس البعدي ولصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما أشارت النتائج على القياس القبلي إلى أن مستوى معرفة الأمهات بصعوبات التعلم منخفضة على الدرجة الكلية. ولم تجد الدراسة فروقا ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى معرفة الأمهات تعود لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي، والعمر. The present study aims to identify the effectiveness of a proposed training program to improve the level of knowledge of the mothers of students with learning disabilities in the city of Amman. The sample of the study consisted of (42) mothers of children with learning disabilities, distributed in two groups: experimental consisted of (21) mothers, and the controlled consisted of (21) mothers. The researchers used two research methods: descriptive approach and semi-experiential approach. The researchers used an academic test to measure the level of knowledge of the mothers in learning disabilities, which consisted of (40) sections distributed over two dimensions: general knowledge and diagnostic knowledge. The researchers prepared a training program consisting of twelve sessions, each session (90) minutes. The training program was found to be effective in developing the level of knowledge on the total score, and the sub dimensions on the post test, for the benefit of the experimental group. The results of the pre-test also indicated that the level of knowledge of the mothers in learning disabilities was low on the overall score, while the study did not find significant differences in the level of knowledge of the mothers due to the variables of scientific qualification and age.
