هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على كيفية إدارة الأزمات بكليات جامعة حائل من خلال تحديد مصادر الأزمات والاستراتيجيات المستخدمة للتعامل معها من وجهة نظر القيادات الاكاديمية، ولتحقيق ذلك، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة تكونت من (37) من القيادات الأكاديمية، في الفصل الاول من العام الدراسي 2017/ 2018م. وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى أنَّ الدرجة الكلية لمصادر الأزمات كبيرة، وأن الدرجة الكلية للاستراتيجيات المستخدمة لمواجهتها متوسطة، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مصادر الأزمات تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات: الجنس وسنوات الخبرة، والرتبة الاكاديمية، والمسمى الوظيفي، كما تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة تعزى لاختلاف متغير الخبرة، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في الاستراتيجيات المستخدمة تعزى لاختلاف متغيرات الجنس، والرتبة الاكاديمية، والمسمى الوظيفي، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني الكليات بجامعة حائل لخطط فعاله لتمكين القيادات من مواجهه الازمات، من خلال تدريبهم على أساليب التعامل مع مختلف الأزمات، وضرورة انشاء وحده بكل كلية لإدارة الازمات واعداد السيناريوهات المحتملة لجميع الازمات مهما كان نوعها أو شدتها. The recent study aims at identifying crisis resources that face academic leaders at Ha'il University faculties and the strategies that are used to face from the leaders' point of view themselves. The female researcher used the descriptive analytic method and the study was applied on a sample consists of (37) academic leaders in the first semester from the academic year 2017-2018 CE. The study has reached to these results: the total degree of the crisis resources was very high and the total degree of the used strategies was medium. Also, it shows no significant statistic differences in crisis resources due to sex, years of experience, academic rank and the job position variables. As well as, it shows statistic significant differences in the used strategies due to experience variables. There are no statistic significant differences in the used strategies due to sex, academic rank, job position variables. The study recommends that it is necessary for the faculties at Ha'il University to adopt effective plans so as to empower the leaders to face Crisis through training them on how to deal with different Crisis. Also, it is necessary to establish a unit in each faculty to manage Crisis and to prepare possible seniors for all Crisis wherever their kind and form. (Published abstract)
