The research aim of: 1) building a measure of psychological satisfaction for students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Mosul. 2) Relationship between psychological satisfaction and achievement of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Mosul. The researcher used the descriptive method in the survey method for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research society included (490) students representing the four stages in the Faculty of Physical Education and Mathematical Sciences - Mosul University for the academic year 2017-2018. The research community was divided into the construction sample and the sample of application, (245) students distributed on the sample of discrimination (185), and an exploratory experiment of (15) students, and the sample of stability (45) students, the sample application (245) students, the building measures were used to determine the dimensions of the scale, to determine the method of drawing the scales of the scale, to formulate the paragraphs of each axis in its primary form, and to adopt the scientific steps and procedures in building the scale, and the validity of the construction (statistical analysis of paragraphs) in the methods of the two opposing groups, and the internal consistency, and the half-way method was used for stability). The statistical methods were limited to: arithmetic mean, variance, standard deviation, Carl Pearson’s torsion, simple correlation coefficient, t test, average mean and percentage, and the researcher reached a number of conclusions as follows: 1) the effectiveness of the scale that was built in the current study to measure the psychological satisfaction of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. 2) Suitability of the measure of psychological satisfaction for students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. 3) The students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences have a degree of psychological satisfaction higher than the average satisfactory for the scale, and this indicates that the result is positive and then will affect their level of study. 4) There is no significant correlation between the psychological satisfaction scale and the theoretical materials for the first and second stage of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. 5) There is a significant correlation between psychological satisfaction measure and practical materials for the first and second phase of students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. 6) There is no significant correlation between the psychological satisfaction measure and theoretical materials and practical materials for the third and fourth stage of the students of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.
