This research aimed at evaluating the official writing of the students. The University of Bisha in light of the criteria of communication portal. For achieving this aim, the researcher prepared a questionnaire about the criteria of communication portal that were supposed to be in the official writings of the students. The questionnaire was validated by experts. Accordingly, it was amended. It contained seven standards with twenty-two indicators. A card for the analysis of the official writing of the students was designed. After the analysis and the statistical treatment, the researcher reached the following: The students of the scientific colleges out excelled the art ones, in the mastery of the official writing: medical students, engineering students, education students, and art students. Based on this, the researcher suggested the conduction of a number of researches and studies: suggested a program for treating the errors in the student's official writing in light of the criteria of communication portal.
