The objective of the study was to measure the effectiveness of interactive software in the development of Geometric Sense skills among primary school students in the State of Kuwait. The sample included (70) fourth grade students in the primary stage in Kuwait. They were divided into two groups, one of them (35). The results of the research showed the effectiveness of the interactive program in the development of the skills of the Geometric Sense among the fourth grade students in the primary stage in Kuwait. The research recommended the use of interactive software in developing the skills of the students. A sense of engineering, and the development of training programs for teachers of mathematics during the service to develop their skills in the recruitment of interactive software and technological innovations in the teaching of mathematics.
