هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى معرفة درجة ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس لمؤشرات معايير القيّادة المعتمدة من قبل وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية، في مديرية التّربية والتّعليم للواءِ الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم . طوّرت الباحثة أداة الدراسة المكونة من (30) فقرة، وتم اختبار صدقها وثباتها، وتكوّنت عيّنة الدّراسة من (64) مديرًا ومديرة. واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمّ استخراج المتوسّطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعياريّة لمعايير القيّادة، كما تمّ استخدام تحليل التباين الثلاثي، والمقارنات البعدية بطريقة شيفيه. أظهرت الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس لمؤشرات معايير القيّادة المعتمدة من وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية في مديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الجامعة من وجهة نظرهم مرتفعة، فقد بلغ المتوسّط الحسابي حسب الدرجة الكلية لمقياس المعايير الستة ككل (4.15). كما أظهرت عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا بدرجة ممارسة مديري ومديرات المدارس تُعزى للجنس، والمؤهل العلمي. في حين تبين وجود فروق دالة إحصائيًا تُعزى إلى عدد سنوات الخدمة بالمسمى الحالي، ولصالح الفئة التي خدمت أكثر من سبعة سنوات. وخرجت الدراسة بضرورة الإهتمام بالتّطور المهني والشخصي من خلال الإلتحاق ببرامج التنمية المهنية أثناء الخدمة التي تنمي القيّادة التربوية لدى مديري المدارس وفقًا للإحتياجات. This study aimed to know the degree of the practice principals of schools for the indicators of Leadership standards approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Education in the Directorate of Education of the University Brigade from their point of view, the researcher developed a study tool consisting of (30) paragraphs, and tested its sincerity and persistence, and formed The study's Sample (64) Director and Director, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method and extracted the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the driving standards, and used Triple contrast analysis, and dimensional comparisons in an intuitive manner، The study showed that the degree of practice principals of schools for the indicators of Leadership standards approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Education in the Directorate of Education of the University Brigade from their point of view is high, the arithmetic average by the total level of the six standard standards as a whole (4.12). It also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of the practice of school principals attributed to both genders, and scientific qualification. While it is found that there are statistically significant differences attributable to the number of years of service in the current designation, and for the benefit of the category that served more than seven years. The study came out of the importance of caring for professional and personal development through joining the programs of professional development during the service which develops the educational leadership of the principals according to the needs.
