The study aimed to identify type (A) and type (B) personality characteristics in relations to students’ teachers attitudes towards teaching profession. in addition to recognize the differences between type (A) and type (B) characteristics and to investigate the associations between student’s teacher attitudes towards teaching profession in the State of Kuwait. Personality type (A / B) questionnaire was used developed by Al –Rubaie (2010), and the College Student Teacher Attitudes Towards Teaching Profession developed by Khan and Bukhari (1991) was used. The study was conducted on a random sample of (268) male and female student teachers. The study results showed type (A) behaviors were more dominate in males than females, and the dominant personality type among the female students was type (B). In addition, the study results showed that females attitudes towards teaching profession were more positive than males. the importance of identifying personality traits among male and female students’ teacher according to their attitudes towards teaching profession to develop of appropriate vocational plans and teaching methods to their personality types.
