هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير درجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية لمديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية في منطقة النقب التعليمية داخل الخط الأخضر والبالغ عددهم (1826) معلما ومعلمة، حسب إحصائيات الإدارة التعليمية لمنطقة النقب. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (323) معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة تكونت من (24) فقرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن درجة تطبيق المساءلة الإدارية لمديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر كانت عالية، وتبين عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات العينة لدرجة المساءلة الإدارية لمديري المدارس الثانوية داخل الخط الأخضر، تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، والخبرة. وأوصت الدراسة بالاستمرار في عقد الدورات التدريبة لمديري المدارس من أجل رفع كفاياتهم المهنية وتنفيذ المساءلة الإدارية، وحث وزارة التربية والتعليم على تفويض المزيد من الصلاحيات لمديري المدارس حيث أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى تطبيقهم للمساءلة الإدارية كان عاليا. The study aimed to assess the degree of applying administrative accountability of secondary school principals within the Greenline. The questionnaire consists of (24) items. The study population consists of all secondary school teachers in Negeb area totally (1826), and the study sample which selected randomly consisted of (323) teachers the study find that the degree of applying administrative accountability of secondary school principals within the Greenline was high. Also there was no statistical significant differences in the degree of applying administrative accountability of secondary school principals within the Greenline due to years of experience, and academic qualification, and gender the study recommends to continue hold training courses for school principals to raise their professional competencies and implement administrative accountability, and urged the ministry of education to delegate more authority to school principals where the results showed that their level of administrative accountability was high.
