هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى عادات العقل السائدة لدى المُعلم المصدريّ في ضوءِ متغيرات نوع المدرسة (حكومية /خاصة)، وعدد سنوات الخبرةِ والجنس. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (289) معلما ومعلمة من العاملين في غرف مصادر التعلّم في المدارس الأردنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحثان ببناء مقياس لستّ عشرة عادة عقلية، واستخدما المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وأشارت النتائج إلى أن امتلاك المعلم لعادات لعادات التساؤل وطرح المشكلات، وإيجاد الدعابة، والتحكم بالتهور بدرجة كبيرة، حيث تراوحت مستويات امتلاك المُعلم المصدري لهذه العادات ما بين (33.05- 33.69)، وتراوحت مستويات امتلاك المعلم المصدريّ لباقي العادات ما بين متوسطة وكبيرة ، وأدنى درجة كانت لعادة الخلق والتصور والابتكار. كما أشارت إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في عادات العقل للمعلم المصدريّ تُعزى لمتغيرات نوع المدرسة وعدد سنوات الخبرةِ والجنس. The present study aimed at revealing the level of the prevailing habits of mind of the source teacher in the light of some variables of the type of school (public / private), years of experience and gender. The sample consisted of (289) teachers in the learning resource rooms in the Jordanian schools to accomplish the study goals, a scale of sixteen habits of mind was developed, using the descriptive method, and the results indicated that the possession of the teacher of the habits of mind was largely to the habits of questioning and posing problems, find humor, and managing impulsivity, where the levels of ownership of the source teacher of these habits ranged between (33.05 - 33.69). The levels of ownership of the source teacher ranged from medium to large, and the lowest level was for creating, imagining and innovating, and ranged between medium and large in other habits. Whereas no statistically significant mean differences in the habits of mind were found with respect to variables of school type, years of experience and gender. (Published Abstract)
