هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى دور الأنشطة المدرسية وبعض المتغيرات التصنيفية في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في مديريات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر المديرين فيها، والوقوف على درجة توافر الأنشطة المدرسية في هذه المدارس. واستخدمت الدراسة تقييم الدقة التنبؤية لبعض المتغيرات، كما استخدمت مؤشرات القدرة التنبؤية: مربع معامل الارتباط المتعدد ((R2 ومربع معامل الارتباط المتعدد المصحح (R2 adj). وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 259 مديراً ومديرة من مديريات شمال الضفة الغربية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية لدور النشاط الفني والنشاط الصحي والمؤهل العلمي والنوع والنشاط الاجتماعي في المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في مديريات شمال الضفة الغربية من وجهة نظر المديرين فيها. وأوصت الدراسة بتأكيد تمايز الاتجاه الإيجابي لدى المديرين نحو الأنشطة المدرسية، وبضرورة عقد دورات تدريبية لمديري المدارس حول الإشراف والتخطيط لبرامج الأنشطة المدرسية. This study aims to identify the role of school extra activities and some of nominal variables on the basic government schools in directorates of northern West Bank from the principals’ points of view and to identify the degree of the school extra activities. The study assessed the accuracy of predictive statistical significance as well as indicators’ predictive capacity, such as squared multiple correlation coefficients (R2) (R2adj), the research sample included 259 principals at a rate of 34% of population of the study. The most important finding of the study: There were statistically significant differences due to academic qualifica¬tions, gender, social activities, health activities, art activities. The most important recommendations of the study: Reinforcement of the positive attitudes of school principals toward activities program and organizing and conducting seminars on the supervision of activities program in general to school principals to improve their skills in this area.
