The study is concerned with identifying (1) the role of quality practices in the dimensions of leadership, strategic planning, and customer focus in the promotion of knowledge management processes, which include knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge application, and (2) the differences in quality practices the same dimensions in the promotion of knowledge management processes from the viewpoint of the faculty members in the Faculty of Education, King Saud University. In order to achieve these objectives, the study adopts the analytical descriptive survey design. 311 faculty members, who represent all faculty members at the College of Education in King Saud University, responded to the questionnaire in this study. Only 57 questionnaires were used for the purpose of the study. These were statistically analyzed using SPSS. The main findings can be summarized as follows. There is a significant correlational relationship between the two variables of quality practices of leadership and knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing (at 0.01) and knowledge application (at 0.05) from the other side. There is a significant correlational relationship between the two variables of quality practices of strategic planning and knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing (at 0.01) and knowledge application (at 0.05). There is a significant correlational relationship between the two variables of customer-focused quality practices and knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition and knowledge sharing (at 0.01) and knowledge application (at 0.05). There are no significant statistical differences between quality practices of leadership and enhancing knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition, sharing, and application from the viewpoint of faculty members with the different variables of sex, academic position, and academic department. There are no significant statistical differences between quality practices of strategic planning and enhancing knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition, sharing, and application from the viewpoint of faculty members with the different variables of sex, academic position, and academic department. There are no significant statistical differences between customer-focused quality practices and enhancing knowledge management processes of knowledge acquisition, sharing, and application from the viewpoint of faculty members with the different variables of sex, academic position, and academic department.
