The study aimed to investigate the effect of virtual labs technology in the development of creative thinking skills among the talented students at the secondary level. To achieve this goal, a sample consisting of 52 students from third grade secondary students in Jamal Abdul Nasser high school, were divided into two groups, one control group consisted of 26 students studied electrical circuits experiments in the traditional manner, and the other experimental group consisted of 26 students studied the same experiments but using virtual laboratory. The researcher used to the experimental curriculum style (before- after) for the two independent groups, and the through experimental style on the Torrance test, the application of the six hypothesis tested, (there are no statistical differences between the mean scores of the experimental group students and the control group in the application of post-test creative thinking skills (fluency, flexibility, originality, details and finding out about problems) as well as on the skills as a whole. The experimental data showed the following results of the study: 1) the lack of statistically significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the post-test application of the two skills (fluency, flexibility). 2) There are significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the control group students in the post-test application skills (originality, elaboration and sensitivity problems). 3) There are significant differences between the averages of the experimental group in the post-test application of the skills of creative thinking as a whole. Based on the results of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations and suggestions for further research, the most important of which: provide the tools and supplies and techniques needed in schools to take advantage of technological innovations, especially virtual laboratories.
