هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إمكانية تطبيق (المنظمة المتعلمة) من قبل المشرفين التربويين في محافظة جرش وعلاقة ذلك بالأسلوب القيادي لديهم، ضمن ضوابط سينج (Senge) للمنظمة المتعلمة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي في إجراء الدراسة، باعتماد الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات. وبلغت عينة الدراسة 446 معلماً ومعلمة من مختلف التخصصات. أظهرت الدراسة أن إمكانية تطبيق المشرفين التربويين في الأردن (للمنظمة المتعلمة) من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت بدرجة متوسطة، وترتيب المجالات الخمسة على النحو التالي: مجال التمكن الشخصي، مجال التفكير النظمي، مجال النماذج العقلية، مجال الرؤية الشخصية، ومجال تعلم الفريق. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن الأسلوب القيادي الذي يمارسه المشرفون التربويون مع المعلمين في محافظة جرش جاء بدرجة متوسطة للأنماط القيادية الثلاثة: النمط الديمقراطي، والنمط الأوتوقراطي والنمط الترسلي. كما تبين وجود علاقة إيجابية دالة إحصائياً بين المنظمة المتعلمة والأنماط القيادية الثلاثة، ولكن العلاقة الارتباطية مع النمط الديمقراطي أقوى. وقد أشارت النتائج أيضاً إلى وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغير الجنس فقط. The purpose of this study is to investigate the possibility of implementing learning organization by educational supervisors in Jeresh governorate and its relationship with their leadership style according to Peter Senge disciplines of learning organization. The researchers adopted a quantitative method by using the questionnaire to collect data. The sample of the study consisted of 446 male and female teachers from different majors. The findings of the study show that the possibility of application of learning organization by Supervisors as perceived by teachers was in an average level. The ranks of the five domains were as follows: field mastery profile, systemic thinking, mental models, personal field of vision, and the field of learning team. They also show that the leadership style practiced by educational supervisors with teachers in Jeresh governorate was in an average level for the three leadership styles democratic, autocratic style and style Chaotic. Finally, there was a significant statistical relationship between the learning organization in all its domains and the three leadership styles but the correlation with democratic style was stronger. The study reveiled that there were statistical differences of the results due to the variable of gender only. (Published abstract)
