هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تحقيق التربية المتكاملة لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتكوّن مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديرات ومربيات رياض الأطفال في محافظة سلفيت، وشملت عينة الدراسة كامل مجتمع الدراسة البالغ 120 مديرة ومربية. استخدم الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS من أجل معالجة البيانات إحصائياً، وأظهرت النتائج أن نسبة تحقيق مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في محافظة سلفيت للتربية المتكاملة قد بلغت 68% فيما يتعلق بمواصفات المباني والمواقع والمرافق المساعدة على تحقيق التربية المتكاملة لطفل ما قبل المدرسة؛ كما بينت أن ما نسبته 98% من الأنشطة الممارسة داخل مؤسسات رياض الأطفال تساعد طفل ما قبل المدرسة على النمو السليم في مختلف جوانب النمو الجسمية والعقلية والانفعالية، وبالتالي تحقيق التربية المتكاملة. وكذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05≥α لأهمية مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تحقيق التربية المتكاملة لأطفال ما قبل المدرسة من وجهة نظر مديرات ومربيات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة سلفيت للمجالين (المبنى والموقع والمرافق، والأنشطة) وعلى الدرجة الكلية لجميع الفقرات تعزى لمتغيري طبيعة العمل والمؤهل العلمي. This study aimed to know the importance of kindergarten institutions in achieving the integrated education for pre-school children. The researcher used the descriptive approach, the study population consisted of all directors or headmasters and teachers of kindergarten in Salfeet Governorate, The study sample included the entire study population of 120 directors and teachers. The researcher used the statistical program for Social Sciences (SPSS) for processing the data statistically. The results showed that the percentage that achieve the kindergarten institutions of the integrated education in Salfeet governorate has reached 68% in respect of specifications for buildings and facilities to help achieve integrated education for pre-school children. The study also showed that the percentage of 98% of the activities within the kindergarten institutions that help pre-school children on a healthy growth in the various physical aspects, mental and emotional growth in order to achieve the integrated education. As well as the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance α≤0.05 of the importance of kindergarten institutions in achieving integrated education for pre-school children from the view point of kindergarten heads in Salfeet governorate for the sake of the two areas, the total score for all paragraphs are attributed to the variables of the nature of work and educational qualification.
