هدف البحث من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى تقويم البرامج التدريبية المقدمة لمعلمات التربية الفنية خلال العام الدراسي 2014- 2015 في ضوء مطالب تدريس مناهج التربية الفنية المطورة للمرحلة المتوسطة، من خلال استبيان لمعرفة المهارات التدريسية التي تحتاجها معلمات التربية الفنية للتدرّب عليها من وجهة نظرهن، وتحليل محتوى البرامج التدريبية المقدمة في ضوء مطالب تدريس المنهج المطور. وقد اعتمدت الباحثة أداتين رئيستين: الأولى عبارة عن استبيان لمعرفة المهارات التدريسية اللازمة للتدريب عليها وتم تطبيقه على 0 9 معلمة في مدينة الرياض خلال العام الدراسي 2014- 2015؛ والثانية بطاقة تقويم البرامج التدريبية على 17 برنامج تدريبي. وخلصت النتائج إلى وجود ضعف في بعض جوانب البرامج التدريبية. وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة تطوير برامج التدريب المعدّة لمعلمات التربية الفنية بشكل دوري ومستمر، وذلك وفق الاتجاهات المعاصرة في مجال الفلسفات التربوية الحديثة ومجال التربية الفنية حتى تحقق تلك البرامج أهدافها. The aim of this descriptive analysis research, was to evaluate training programs for teachers of art education during the academic year 1435-1436H.In light of the demands of teaching the developed art education curricula for intermediate schools. This goal was achieved by answering the main question what is the evaluation of Female art teachers’ training programs in the intermediate schools in light of the demands of the developed art curriculum? The research has adopted two main tools, a questionnaire, and evaluation card to evaluate the training programs. The questionnaire was applied on a random sample of art teachers in intermediate schools, consisted of (90 female art teachers) in the city of Riyadh in (2014-2015). And the evaluation card applied on (17 training program). The results revealed the weakness of some aspects of the training programs and the researcher recommended the need to develop the training programs provided to the teachers of art education periodically and continuously, according to contemporary trends in the field of modern educational philosophies and art education so that these programs achieve their objectives.
