تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على آراء معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الحكومية في دولة الكويت حول مدى العلاقة بين الأهداف التربوية الواردة في الوثائق الأساسية للمراحل التعليمية وكل من: البيئة المدرسية، والعلم، والتعلم، والمنهج، والمباني المدرسية. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف الفروقات الإحصائية بين استجابات العينة وعلاقة هذه الفروقات بالمتغيرات الديمغرافية المتمثلة في الجنس، والجنسية، والمرحلة التعليمية. تتكون أداة الدراسة من خمسة محاور بالإضافة إلى الجزء المتعلق بالمعلومات الديمغرافية للمشاركين الذين بلغ عددهم 332 معلماً ومعلمة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن كلا من: البيئة المدرسية؛ والمعلم، والمتعلم، والمنهج، والمباني المدرسية تنسجم مع الأهداف التربوية الواردة في الوثائق الأساسية بدرجة متوسطة. وكذلك أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود بعض الفروقات الإحصائية بين محاور الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات: الجنس، والجنسية والمرحلة التعليمية. أوصت الدراسة بضرورة إعادة النظر في الفلسفة التربوية التي تسيطر على توجهات وزارة التربية وأشارت إلى أهمية المراجعة الدورية للأهداف التربوية والوقوف على مدى ملاءمتها للواقع الدراسي، وضرورة الفهم العميق للوسط التفاعلي المدرسي، وما له من طبيعة مميزة تتطلب تعاملاً يتناسب مع احتياجاته وأهدافاً تنسجم مع مقتضياته. This study aims to explore teachers’ views- in government schools in the State of Kuwait-about the extent to which the relationship between the educational goals and the school environment, the teacher, the learner, and the curriculum, and school buildings is consistent. The study also aims to explore the statistical differences between the sample responses and their relation to demographic variables of sex, nationality, educational stage. The study tool consists of five scales in addition to the section on the demographic information of 332 participants. The study results have shown that the school environment, the teacher, the learner, the curriculum, and school buildings are consistent with the educational goals moderately. As well as the study shows statistical differences between in different scales due to the variables of sex, nationality and educational stage. The study recommends a need to reconsider the educational philosophy, reveals the importance of periodic review of educational objectives and their suitability to schooling reality, and the need for a microUlevel understanding of schooling interactive environment because of its distinctive nature that requires discourse and aims consistent with it.
