تستهدف تلك الدراسة استقراء المعنى التربوي والفلسفي العلمي من الاقتصاد المعرفي، موضحا المفهوم، والأهمية، والسمات، والخصائص، ومبررات التوجه نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي وتحدياته حاضرا ومستقبلا، والتطرق إلى رصد لمتطلبات التعليم الجامعي والتحديات والرؤى العالمية والعربية الحالية والمستقبلية للتوجه نحو مجتمع المعرفة والاقتصاد المعرفي، وصولا لوضع رؤية مقترحة للمنظومة التعليمية للجامعة يستهدف مدخلات هذا النظام وعملياته ومخرجاته ضمن أطر علمية وعملية، تتصف بالواقعية وتتسم بالمرونة والديناميكية، للارتقاء بمستوى مخرجات التعليم العالي وبما يحقق المواءمة مع سوق العمل، واستجابة لاحتياجات التنمية العربية الشاملة، ومجاراة لتطورات العصر واللحاق بركب الحضارة والعالمية. وقد توصلت الدراسة لتصور في ثلاث سيناريوهات مستقبلية محتملة التطبيق، (للوفاء بمتطلبات التعليم الجامعي وتوجهه نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي) والسيناريوهات هي (الامتدادي، والإصلاحي، والثوري). الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يسهم في مقترح يصور متطلبات المنظومة التعليمية للجامعات العربية تتجه نحو الاقتصاد المعرفي في ضوء رؤى عالمية مستقبلية. The study aims at, extrapolating of the meaning of the educational, philosophical, and scientific economy based knowledge. This examination explains the concept, the importance the attributes, the properties, and the justifications of the trend towards knowledge economy and the challenges of the present and the future; In addition to monitoring the requirements of university education. This study, depending on this extrapolations also intends to face the challenges of Arab and international current and future visions to move towards a knowledge society and knowledge economy, in order to develop a vision of a proposed educational system of the university aims inputs this system and its processes and outputs within the framework of scientific and practical, characterized by realism an, flexible and dynamic, to enhance the output of higher education, and to achieve harmonization with the requirements of the labor market, in response to the requirements of Arab development overall, and keep up with developments the times and catch up with civilization, the study developed a civilization in three possible future scenarios for the application to meet the requirements of university education and its orientation towards knowledge-based economy. And scenarios are: present and future conception reformist, and revolutionary which would contribute to a proposal that depicts the requirements of the educational system of the Arab universities moving towards knowledge economy in the light of the global visions of the future.
