هناك أدوات حديثة للتواصل عبر الإنترنت وهي شائعة بين طلاب الجامعة، فمن الممكن الاستفادة من هذه الأدوات مثل الفيسبوك لتدعيم الطريقة التقليدية في التدريس لتعليم طلاب الدراسات العليا دراسة مقرراتهم النظرية مثل مقرر التعليم الذاتي وتفريد التعلم التي تحتاج إلى التبسيط عن طريق الاعتماد على أنفسهم والتواصل المعلوماتي فيما بينهم وبين أستاذ المادة، والمشاركة في الآراء والأفكار مما يعزز لديهم ثقتهم بأنفسهم ويشجع على التعلم. وكان من نتائج البحث أن نسبة إسهام الفيسبوك مع الطريقة التقليدية في التدريس في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي لدى طلاب الدراسات العليا بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة الإسكندرية مرتفعة مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية بمفردها في التدريس. There are tools of modern communication via the internet, which is common among university students. It is possible to take advantage of these tools like Facebook to support the traditional way of teaching to teach graduate students how to study their theoretical courses such as self-education and individualized learning that need to be simplified by relying on themselves and the communica¬tion of information in between them and the teaching professor, and participate in views and ideas, thus enhancing their self-confidence and encouraging learning. The research results indicated that the proportion of the contribution of Facebook with the traditional method in teaching and the development of academic achievement of graduate students at the College of Specific Education, Alexandria University, is higher compared to the traditional way in teaching.
