هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرّف درجة فاعلية المدارس الثانوية في مديريات محافظة إربد من وجهة نظر المعلمين، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتطوير أداة لجمع البيانات وذلك لقياس درجة فاعلية المدارس الثانوية في مديريات محافظه إربد. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي ومعلمات المدارس الثانوية في مديريات محافظه إربد والبالغ عددهم 3965 معلما ومعلمة، وتألفت عينة الدراسة من 580 معلما ومعلمة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية العشوائية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها: تتمتع المدارس الثانوية في محافظة إربد بمستوى فاعلية عال من وجهة نظر معلمي تلك المدارس، وأظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05=α تعزى لأثر جنس المدرسة، والمؤهل العلمي، وأظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05=α تعزى لأثر الخبرة ولصالح فئة الخبرة أكثر من 5-10 سنوات. This Study aimed at Recognizing the Degree of Secondary Schools Effectiveness in the Directorates of Irbid Governorate from Teacher’s point of view. In order to a chive the study purposes, the researchers developed an Instrument to collect data in order to measure the degree of secondary schools effectiveness in the directorates of Irbid governorate. The study Population consisted of all secondary schools males and female teachers in the directorates of Irbid governorate who were 3965 teachers. The study sample consisted of 580 teachers, who were chosen randomly, the study reached in to asset of findings, such as: Secondary schools in Irbid governorate have a high level of effectiveness from their teacher’s point of view. The study showed that were no statistical differences at the level α= 0.05 due to the effect of school gender, and scientific degree, and they revealed that there were statistical differences at the level of α= 0.05 due to the effect of experience, in favor of those who have more than 5-10 years of experience.
