هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية إدارة البحث العلمي في الجامعات والمؤسسات العلمية في الأردن، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستقرائي لإجراء الدراسة، وبالنسبة لمشكلة الدراسة فقد تمحورت حول السؤال الرئيس وهو كيف يتم إدارة البحث العلمي في الجامعات والمؤسسات العلمية في الأردن؟ وقد تبين أنه رغم المساعي الحثيثة من قبل المهتمين لتحسين والارتقاء بالبحث العلمي، إلا أن واقع البحث العلمي في الأردن لا زال يحتاج إلى تكثيف الجهود لتطوير وتجديد أساليب البحث العلمي، وإيلائه العناية الكافية من قبل الجهات المعنية سواء الرسمية منها والخاصة، وتقديم الدعم الكافي للنهوض بمستوى الباحث والبحث العلمي، بما ينعكس بشكل ايجابي على الأعمال والمشاريع البحثية والقائمين عليها، فلا زالت هناك صعوبات تواجه الباحثين على اختلاف تخصصاتهم، فهم لسان حال الباحثين في الوطن العربي، فإن دل ذلك فإنما يدل على ضرورة وضع إستراتيجية واضحة وقابلة للتنفيذ لإصلاح العمل البحثي لرفع مستواه ليدخل غمار المنافسة العالمية. The target of the study is to recognition how scientific research in universities and scientific institutions in Jordan are managing. To gain the study’s target، researcher used the inductive and analytical approach, so to make the study. Regardless to the study’s problem which concentrates on main question: How scientific research in universities and scientific institutions is managing in Jordan? Although the responsible efforts to get scientific better and ascension، the reality of scientific research in Jordan needs more efforts in order to improve and renew the Techniques of scientific research، and give it enough curing from both official and especially sectors، and represents enough support to advancement the level of researcher and scientific research، which positively reflects on the actions and projects research and researchers. Still many difficulties facing researchers on their different specializations which represent researcher’s case in Arab World. This means that it is necessary to put clear and applied strategy، so to reform research’s action and rise it، in order to enter international competition. (Published abstract)
