هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء معلمي التربية الرياضية في ضوء المعايير المهنية للمعلمين ومن ثم وضع تصور مقترح لتطوير أدائهم، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة أعد الباحث استبانة في ضوء المعايير المهنية المعاصرة، تضمنت 6 معايير و53 مؤشرا، تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة قصدية مكوّنة من 22 مديرا من المرحلة الاساسية بمحافظة غزة، و5 من مشرفي التربية الرياضية، واستخدم المجموعة البؤرية لوضع التصور المقترح، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة التزام معلمي التربية الرياضية بالمعايير المهنية للمعلمين كانت مرتفعة الى حد ما بوزن نسبي 78.64% من وجهة نظر المديرين، وكانت متوسطة بوزن نسبي 68.30% من وجهة نظر المشرفين، وكانت الدرجة الكلية للمشرفين والمديرين ككل متوسطة بوزن نسبي 73.47%. وكان ترتيب المعايير على النحو التالي: المعرفة الرياضية بوزن نسبي %77.84، السمات الشخصية وأخلاقيات المهنة بوزن نسبي %89.72، تنفيذ حصة التربية الرياضية بوزن نسبي 76.94%، التخطيط لتعليم التربية الرياضية بوزن نسبي 63.03%، تطوير تعليم التربية الرياضية بوزن نسبي 72.75%، تقييم تعليم التربية الرياضية بوزن نسبي 61.43%.وأظهرت النتائج المتعلقة بأثر المسمى الوظيفي وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات أفراد العينة لصالح المديرين. قام الباحث بوضع التصور المقترح لتطوير أداء معلمي التربية الرياضية بناء على المعايير الضعيفة والمتوسطة. The study aimed at evaluating the performance of physical education teachers in the light of professional standards for teachers and then conceived a proposal for the development of their performance, and to achieve the goal of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire in the light of contemporary professional standards, included 6 standards and 53 indicators. The questionnaire was applied to a sample deliberate composed 22 head teacher from the provinces of Gaza and 5 supervisor of physical education. And use the focus group to develop a proposal perception, the results of the study showed that the degree of physical education teachers commitment to professional standards for teachers (as a whole) were intermediate relative rate 78.64% from the head teachers 'point of view, and was medium with a relative weight 68.30% from the supervisors' point of view. The overall degree of supervisors and head teachers a whole was medium with a relative weight of 73.47%. Sport knowledge with relative weight %77.84, personal personality and professional ethics at a relative weight 89.72%, implementation of the lesson of physical education with a relative weight 76.94%, planning of physical education with relative weight 63.03%, development of physical education with a relative weight 72.75%, evaluation learning of physical education with relative weight 61.43%. Results on the effect of the job title showed statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample members in favor of head teachers. The researcher developed the proposed scenario to develop the performance of physical education teachers based on weak and medium standards. (Published Abstract)
