هدفت هذه الدّراسة إلى معرفة مظاهر السلوك السّلبي وأساليب مواجهته لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الأساسية في محلية الدامر من وجهة نظر المعلمين، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 210 معلماً ومعلمة، للعام الدراسي 2015، وهي تمثل نسبة 30% من مجتمع الدراسة تم اختيارهم عن طريق العينة العشوائية الطبقية. والمنهج المستخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن مستوى تقييم المعلمين لمظاهر السلوك السلبي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الأساسية كان منخفضاً، وأن مستوى مواجهتهم له كانت بدرجة متوسطة بشكل عام. أما ترتيب مجالات الأساليب فكان على الترتيب التالي: الأساليب النفسية والأساليب التربوية والأساليب الاجتماعية، كما وُجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً في مستوى مظاهر السلوك السلبي السائدة لدى تلاميذ المرحلة الأساسية من وجهة نظر المعلمين تبعاً لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الذّكور. إلا أنها لم تجد فروقاً دالة إحصائياً في مستوى مواجهة السلوك السلبي، وأخيراً على ضوء مناقشة النتائج اقترح الباحث مجموعة من التوصيات. This study aimed to identify the aspects of negative behavior and the way to confront basic stage pupils in Adamer locality of Sudan from the point of view of teachers. The sample of the study consisted of 210 teachers for the academic year 2015 which represents 30% of the original society, chosen by the stratified random. The descriptive analytical method was used in this study. The results of the study showed that the level of the teachers evaluating to the student's aspects of negative behaviors in the basic stage was low, and their coping with them was medial level. The arrangement of the styles domains was as follows: psychological ways, educational and social ways. There are significant differences in the level of the manifestations of the prevailing negative behavior among pupils basic stage from the point of view of teachers according to gender and in favor of males. However, it did not find statistically significant differences in the level when facing negative behavior. Finally, in light of the study, the researcher suggested some recommendations.
