هدفت الدراسة إلى بيان أساليب التعبير عن الذات والرأي وضوابطها، وذلك بدراستها دارسة تربوية في ضوء السنة النبوية، ومن ابرز نتائج الدراسة أن أساليب التعبير عن الذات، والرأي تقسم إلى خمسة أقسام رئيسة هي: التعبير الشفوي، والكتابي، والجسدي، والتعبير بالصمت، والتعبير بالعمل، وأن ممارسة حق التعبير مقيد بضوابط كفيلة بحسن استخدامه، وحفظ حقوق الآخرين، ومنع الحاق الضرر بالفرد والمجتمع على السواء، والإخلال بالنظام العام، ومن أهم هذه الضوابط ألا يخالف القواعد الكلية للشريعة الإسلامية، أو الأحكام التكليفية للشرع، و ألا يترتب على التعبير مفسدة أكبر من المصلحة المقصودة. This study aimed to describe methods of self- expression, opinion and disciplines, to study the Sunna from an educational perspective. This paper is divided into five sections according to types of expressions: oral, written, physical, gestures, and through work and exercising. The of expression is restricted by what is called the control of good use and the preservation of others’ rights in order to prevent harm to both individuals, society and disturbing public order. The most important of these expressions are to be bound by Islamic law, or Sharia. (Published abstract)
