هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أبرز متطلبات العصر الرقمي، والتعرف إلى المهارات اللازمة للقائد لتطوير أداء المؤسسة التربوية في العصر الرقمي، وذلك بغية التوصل إلى مقترحات إجرائية لتطوير الأداء القيادي في المؤسسات التربوية لتلبية متطلبات العصر الرقمي، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمراجعة الأدبيات والدراسات السابقة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن القدرة على تهيئة مناخ إيجابي وتعزيز الثقة بالنفس والتواصل الفعال والوعي الاستراتيجي هي أبرز متطلبات العصر الرقمي، وأن أبرز المهارات اللازمة للقائد لتطوير أداء المؤسسة التربوية في العصر الرقمي في كل عمليات القيادة تخطيط وتوجيه وتنظيم وتنسيق وتقييم استراتيجي رقمي، وتم بناء الرؤى ارتكزت على متطلبات استراتيجية فعلاً حقيقيًا و درجة الحاجة للتغيير وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بضرورة عقد برامج تأهيلية وتدريبية مستمرة للقيادات التربوية لتواكب التطورات والتغيرات العالمية واستثمار تطبيقات وبرمجيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لما تمتاز به من دقة وقدرة على العمل لساعات طويلة وتدريب القادة على استخدامها. The study aimed to identify the most prominent requirements of the digital age, and to identify the skills necessary for the leader to develop the performance of the educational institution in the digital age, in order to reach procedural proposals to develop leadership performance in educational institutions to meet the requirements of the digital age. The study used the descriptive analytical method to review the literature and previous studies. The study concluded that the ability to create a positive climate, enhance self-confidence, effective communication and strategic awareness are the most prominent requirements of the digital age, and that the most prominent skills necessary for a leader to develop the performance of the educational institution in the digital age in all leadership processes are planning, directing, organizing, coordinating and strategic digital evaluation, and visions were built. It was based on real strategic requirements and the degree of need for change. In light of these results, the study recommended the necessity of holding continuous rehabilitation and training programs for educational leaders to keep pace with global developments and changes, and investing in artificial intelligence applications and software because of their accuracy and ability to work for long hours.
