تهدف هذه الدراسة للمقارنة بين برامج إعداد المعلم في كل من كلية التربية بجامعة حائل وكلية التربية بجامعة قطر، وللإجابة عن اسئلة الدراسة الفرعية استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، حيث قام الباحث ببناء أداة الدراسة "الاستبانة"، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، واشتملت أداة الدراسة في صورتها النهائية على (66) عبارة موزعة على خمسة محاور: (سياسات القبول والتسجيل، الخطة الدراسية،الأنشطة الطلابية والمراكز البحثية، الحوافز المادية والخدمات المساندة،الفائدة من برنامج التدريب الميداني)، ومن ثم تطبيق أداة الدراسة على عينة الدراسة المكونة من : طلبة التدريب الميداني في كلية التربية بجامعة حائل وجامعة قطر حيث بلغ عددهم (232) طالبا وطالبة. فيما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أن جميع استجابات آراء عينة الدراسة إيجابية تجاه المحاور الخمسة، إلا أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥ 0.05) بين متوسطات استجابات آراء عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير (مكان الكلية) لصالح متوسطات استجابات آراء طلبة التدريب الميداني في كلية التربية بجامعة قطر، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات لكلية التربية بجامعة حائل أبرزها: إعادة النظر في سياسة القبول وتطويرها، المشاركة في البرامج والمحافل التربوية وحضور الندوات والمؤتمرات المحلية والدولية، تعزيز الحوافز المادية والمعنوية وتطوير الخدمات المساندة، تكثيف فترات التدريب الميداني أثناء الفصول الدراسية وأن لا يقتصر على الفصل الأخير، اخضاع كلية التربية بجامعة حائل إلى معايير المجلس الوطني لاعتماد برامج إعداد المعلم (NCATE) لأكسبها جودة محلية واعترافا عالميا وتخريج المعلمين المتميزين التي يتطلع إليهم الميدان التربوي في المملكة العربية السعودية. This study aims to compare the teacher preparation programs in the college of education at university of hail and the College of Education at Qatar University. The researcher used the descriptive approach in order to answer the sub-questions of the study. A questionnaire was used after verifying its validity and reliability, where at the last stage the tool has 66 phrases divided into five aspects: (admissions policies, the study plan, student activities and research centers, subsidies, and support services, benefiting from the field training program). Then implement the study tool on the study sample that consists of 232 field training students (male and female) in both the college of education at university of hail and the College of Education at Qatar University. The results of this study have revealed that all the study samples are positively toward the five aspects. However, there were statistically significant differences (α ≥ 0.05) between students' opinion in both colleges in favor of field training students in the College of Education at Qatar University. Therefore, the findings of this study suggests a several recommendations to the college of education at university of hail, the most important are: reconsider and enhance the admissions policies, participate in educational programs and attend local and international seminars and conferences، strengthen subsidies and improve support services, intensify field training during periods of classroom and not be limited only in the last semester, subjecting the college of education at the university of hail national council in order to base teacher preparation programs (NCATE). Following these recommendations would provide the educational fields in Saudi Arabia such a high quality of teachers and professional alumni that might gain worldwide recognition. (Published abstract)
