هدفت الدراسة إلى "بناء برنامج تدريبي قائم على التجربة اليابانية في التدريس التأملي وقياس فاعليته في تنمية الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الرس"، وتحقيقًا لهذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لبناء البرنامج التدريبي، كما استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي وتحديداً تصميم المجموعة الواحدة، بقياس قبلي وبعدي لبحث فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي في تنمية الأداء التدريسي، وطبق الباحث الدراسة على عينة من معلمي الرياضيات في المرحلة المتوسطة بمحافظة الرس بلغ عددهم (15) معلمًا، ونفذت الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي 1436/1437هـ  وتوصل الباحث. إلى وجود فرق دال إحصائياً عند مستوى أقل من (0.05) بين متوسطي أداء المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي، والبعدي في خطة الخطوات الأربع للتعليم  لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم تقديم عدد من التوصيات. This study aimed to build practicing program based on Japanese experiment in teaching contemplative and measure its effectiveness in developing the performance of the teaching for math teachers after test in the performance of the teaching as all for the after test. Throughout this study I presented some recommendations in the intermediate stage at AL-RASS government. For achieving this aim, the researcher used Semi-experimental curriculum and determine the design of the single group; By using tribal test and after one to look for the effectiveness of the practicing program in developing the performance of the teaching. The researcher did this study on some math teachers in the intermediate stage in AL-Rass government, they were (15) teachers. The results of the researcher were: There is a difference in statistical function at level (0,05) among the performance of the teachers at the tribal test. (Published abstract)
