هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس العربية داخل الخط الأخضر لمبادئ الحاكمية الإدارية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة (404) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي ومعلمات المدارس العربية داخل الخط الأخضر تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من (31) فقرة، وقد تم التحقق من خصائصها السيكومترية. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي لتقديرات معلمي المدارس العربية لدرجة تطبيق مديري المدارس العربية داخل الخط الأخضر لمبادئ الحاكمية الإدارية المدرسية ككل بلغ (2.38) وبدرجة متدنية، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات إجابات معلمي المدارس العربية على جميع مجالات درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس العربية داخل الخط الأخضر لمبادئ الحاكمية الإدارية والعلامة الكلية تبعا لاختلاف متغيري الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي باستثناء مجال المساءلة، وذلك لصالح الإناث والدراسات العليا، ووجود فرق دال إحصائيا تبعا لاختلاف متغير سنوات الخبرة، وذلك لصالح تقديرات ذوي الخبرة (عشر سنوات فأكثر). وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة توصي الدراسة بعقد دورات تدريبية وورش وندوات للمعلمين عن أنظمة الحاكمية ومفاهيمها، وبناء أنموذج للحاكمية الإدارية في المدارس العربية. Study investigated the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline. The study sample consists of (404) teachers from Arabic schools teachers. The questionnaire consists of (31) items. The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were verified by statistical and educational methods. The study find that the arithmetic mean of the estimates of Arab school teachers for the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline, was (2.38), with low degree, and there was no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline according to gender & academic qualification, except accountability domain, for the benefit of female & graduate studies. And there were statistically significant differences according to the years of experience, for the benefit of (10 years and more). The study recommended holding training courses, workshops and seminars for teachers on administrative governance and its concepts, and building a model for administrative governance in Arab schools.
