هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى توافق برنامج إعداد معلمات تربية الطفل في الجامعة الأردنية مع معايير إعداد المعلم الأمريكية (NCATE) من وجهة نظر الطالبات. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من طالبات التربية العملية بتخصص تربية الطفل في كلية العلوم التربوية بالجامعة الأردنية وبلغ عددهن (55) طالبة، ولتحقيق هدف هذه الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة تكونت من (6) معايير رئيسة و(66) معيارا فرعيا، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة توافر كل من المعايير: المعرفة والمهارات والميول المهنية، ونظام التقييم والتقويم في الكلية، والخبرات الميدانية والممارسات العملية، والتنوع، ومؤهلات أعضاء هيئة التدريس وأدائهم وتنميتهم المهنية بدرجة كبيرة، وكانت درجة توافر معيار (الإدارة والموارد) بدرجة متوسطة. وأوصت الدراسة بالتقويم المستمر لبرامج إعداد طالبات (معلمات) تربية الطفل. This study aimed to identify the degree of compatibility between the programs of child education teacher’s preparation in the University of Jordan and the American standards of teacher preparation from the student’s point of view. To achieve this aim the study used the descriptiveness analysis Methodism. The students of the practical education field of child education specialty in the education science faculty in the University of Jordan, they were (55) students. To achieve the aim of the study a questionnaire was built, it formed from (6) main standards, and (66) sub standards. The study results showed the availability of these standards: knowledge, skills and career tendencies, the evaluation and assessment system in the faculty, field experiences and practical application, variety, the qualifications of the teaching members, their performance, and their career development in a big degree. The degree of the availability of the standards (management and supply) was medium. The study recommended in sustainable evaluation to the child education students preparation (teacher’s preparation) programs. (Published abstract)
