هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم العلاقة بين نظم المعلومات الإدارية وأداء الإدارة المدرسية، دراسة تجريبية بالتطبيق على برنامج الإدارة المدرسية (SIMS) في المدارس الرسمية في لبنان، لدى الإداريين والعاملين في المدارس الرسمية، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة اعتمد الباحث المنهج المسحي الوصفي الذي يعتمد على دراسة الواقع أو الظاهرة، ويهتم بوصفها وصفا دقيقا ويعبّر تعبيرا كيفيّا وكميّا، من خلال تصميم استمارة استبيان تم أعدادها خصيصا لهذا الغرض، حيث تم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من 150 موظف من المدارس الرسمية في لبنان. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج والاستنتاجات والتي كان من أهمها: - أنه كلما توفرت المكونات المادية والبرمجية كلما أصبح استخدام برنامج الإدارة المدرسية أسهل ومتاح على الموظفين مما يؤدي إلى تحسين أداء الإدارة المدرسية. - كلما زادت مؤشرات قياس نجاح نظام برنامج الإدارة المدرسية زادت معدلات جودة المعلومات والبرنامج ما يؤثر إيجابا على أداء وفعالية الإدارة المدرسية. The study aimed to evaluate the relationship between management information systems and the performance of school administration. Applied study on the program of the school administration (SIMS) in public schools in Lebanon. This study has followed the analytical and descriptive method. A questionnaire has been used to gather the data for researching tools. It was applied on a sample of (150) employees who were randomly selected from their original society. The study reached a set of results and conclusions, the most important of which were: 1) The more software and hardware components are available the easier it will be to use the school administration program، which will improve the performance of school administration. 2) The more indicators to measure the success of the school management program the higher the quality of information and the program، which positively affects the performance and effectiveness of school administration.
