The study aimed to identify "the degree of practicing the quality of work by educational supervisors in the basic stage schools in Gaza governorates, and its relationship with some variables. To achieve this objective a descriptive approach was adopted, on a sample composed of (166) principals from both males and females. Finally the results showed: that the paragraph "supervisor estimated efforts of distinguished teachers" with relative weight (85%) with a high degree, followed by a paragraph" supervisor taking inconsideration the areas of supervisory due to the ministry supervisor plan " with a relative weight (83%) with a high degree. The study also showed no statistically significant differences in the degree of the quality of work due to gender and educational qualification, while there were statistically significant differences due to the variable university specialization in skills (planning, development and improvement) in favor of scientific specialization. The results revealed statistically significant differences due to the variable of service years in the field of evaluation to (10) years more. The researchers also presented a set of recommendations.
