The present study aimed to examine the applicability of TQM principles at Hail University, KSA from faculty teaching members' perceptions through a study sample consisted of 346 faculty teaching members. To achieve the objective of the study, an analytical descriptive approach was used and a 48 items questionnaire distributing on 4 domains (monitoring and developing learning teaching process, optimizing quality requirements in education, human resource development, decision making and community services) was developed. Finally the results of the study showed the following: 1) the applicability of TQM principles from faculty teaching members' perceptions were moderate. 2) The results of study found no statistically significant differences in applicability of TQM principles from faculty teaching members' perceptions due to gender, type of faculty and experience on the total score of TQM. 3) While there were statistically significant differences in applicability of TQM principles from the faculty teaching members' perceptions due to academic rank, in favor of professor’s grade.
