تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف أثر التعلم الافتراضي في تحصيل طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي في مادة طرائق تدريس علم الاجتماع مقارنة بالطريقة التقليدية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة تجريبية مؤلفة من 30 طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي /تخصص علم اجتماع في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية ممن تعلموا بالتعلم الافتراضي، ومجموعة ضابطة مكونة من 30 طالبًا وطالبة من طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي/ تخصص علم اجتماع في كلية التربية جامعة دمشق، ممن تعلموا في الصفوف التقليدية وباستخدام الطرائق التقليدية .وقامت الباحثة بتصميم اختبار تحصيلي في مقرر طرائق تدريس علم الاجتماع مؤلف من 15 بندًا من نوع الصح والخطأ و20 بندًا من نوع الاختيار من متعدد وثلاثة أسئلة مقالية. أشارت نتائج البحث إلى: فاعلية التعلم الافتراضي في تحصيل طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي في الجامعة الافتراضية السورية، مقارنة بتحصيل طلبة دبلوم التأهيل التربوي في كلية التربية من جامعة دمشق. ظهر ذلك من خلال الفرق ذي الدلالة الإحصائية عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين تحصيل طلبة المجموعة التجريبية (الذكور والإناث) وتحصيل طلبة المجموعة الضابطة (الذكور والإناث)، لصالح المجموعة التجريبية التي استخدمت التعلم الافتراضي، ولم يظهر فرق ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 يعود إلى متغير الجنس. كما أشارت النتائج إلى بروز فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى 0.01 بين التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار التحصيل في المجموعة التجريبية، لصالح التطبيق البعدي. بينما أشارت نتائج البحث إلى تفوق المجموعة الضابطة على المجموعة التجريبية في الأسئلة المقالية. This study aims at identifying the Virtual Learning efficiency on achievement of Educational Qualification Diplomas Students in the methodology of Sociology Course as compared with the conventional method. The study was applied on an experimental group of 30 male and female students of Educational Qualification Diploma at the Syrian Virtual University, and one control group of 30 male and female students of the Educational Qualification Diploma who study the same material by traditional method at the faculty of Education Damascus University. The researcher designed an achievement test which consists of 15 true/false questions 20 multiple choice question, and 3 open-ended question. The study pointed out the efficiency of Virtual Learning in the achievement of educational qualification diploma students at the virtual university as compared their counterparts at the faculty of education, Damascus University. There were statistical significant differences at the level of 0.01 between the mean scores of students of the experimental group (males and females) and that of the control group in favor of the experimental group, there weren't any significant differences between the two group that could but attributed to the gender variable. There were significant differences between the pre-and post-achievement tests of the experimental group in favor of the post-test; however, the findings of the study indicate that the control group exceeded experimental group on the essay type of questions.
