The study aimed at identifying the motivation level of middle schools principals in the State of Kuwait to attend training courses, and the effect of the variables of (gender, educational qualification, and years of experience). The researcher followed the descriptive method. After its reliability and validity had been verified, a questionnaire was used as the research instrument for collecting data. The sample of the study consisted of (74) school principals were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The results revealed that the motivation level of middle schools principals in the State of Kuwait to attend training courses from their point of views came at a high degree. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of the study on the levels of motivation of principals of middle schools in the State of Kuwait to attend training courses due to the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. In light of the results, the study recommended increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the development and training processes, identifying the training needs of the school principals, preparing the appropriate programs, linking the principals' remuneration to the actual achievement, and building a training program aimed at developing the performance of school principals.
