The process of school guidance and counseling is one of the most important services that keep pace with the educational process in all its stages, so the modern school took upon itself the use of it, and this is in order to work to achieve psychological, social, educational and professional compatibility for the teachers, by providing the appropriate academic atmosphere as well as helping them to achieve their project school, and bring them to the maximum demands of growth, which includes preparations, abilities, skills, tendencies, tendencies, as well as personality traits. The guidance process faces many difficulties and obstacles, and this is what the current study aims to reach by monitoring the obstacles of the guidance and counseling process from the point of view of school and vocational guidance counselors, in addition to clarifying the most common obstacles. By preparing a form (a questionnaire) consisting of 38 phrases according to the triple Likert scale (agree - sometimes - disagree), divided into six axes and applying it to a sample of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in the middle and secondary schools of the state of M'sila. The study reached the following results: 1) There are administrative obstacles that hinder the proper school guidance process. 2) There are obstacles related to the counselor that hinder the school guidance process. 3) There are obstacles related to parents that hinder the proper school guidance process. 4) There are obstacles related to students that impede the proper school guidance process. 5) There are obstacles related to teachers that hinder the proper school guidance process. 6) There are législative obstacles that hinder the proper school guidance process.
