The problem of the study is determined in answering the following question: What are the features of raising a pre-school child in both Australia and the United Kingdom and the possibility of benefiting from them in Egypt, and the study deals with identifying some features of raising a child in Australia and the United Kingdom in terms of: upbringing and development, philosophy and objectives, programs and activities, evaluation methods, teacher preparation, qualification and training. The study used the comparative approach with its various dimensions, and seeks to develop proposed procedures for raising and caring for a pre-school child in Egypt according to the following steps: The first step: It includes the general framework of the study, and it includes the introduction, the problem, the theoretical and practical importance, the objectives, the curriculum, the terminology, the previous studies and the comment on them, the steps of the progress of the study. The second step: the theoretical framework for raising and caring for a preschool child. The third step: a description and analysis of the features of raising and caring for a pre-school child in Australia in the light of the rhyming forces and factors affecting it. Fourth step: A description and analysis of the features of raising and caring for a pre-school child in the United Kingdom in light of the cultural forces and factors affecting him. The fifth step: Interpreting the similarities and differences between raising a pre-school child and taking care of it, using some social science concepts. Step Six: Develop some suggested procedures and mechanisms for raising and caring for a pre-school child in Egypt in the light of the experiences of Australia and the United Kingdom, and in line with the cultural conditions of the Egyptian society.
