The study aimed to identify motivation for achievement and reinforcement methods used by resource room teachers and the relationship between them according to the variables: specialization, and years of service in the resource rooms, which were applied with a sample of (179) teachers and inclusive education counselors, and two questionnaires: motivational and reinforcement methods. The results of the study showed that the level of motivation for achievement among resource room teachers in the West Bank was high by (84.04%). And that resource room teachers' use of reinforcement methods was high by (77.10%).The results of the study also showed that there are no differences in the level of motivation for achievement and methods of reinforcement according to the two variables: years of service in the resource room, and educational attainment. The results showed that there is a direct relationship between motivation for achievement and reinforcement methods used by resource room teachers. According to these results, where searchers recommend resource room’s teachers to diversify the methods of reinforcement they use, and to use methods of reinforcement that have an impact on resource room’s students, in addition to conducting studies on perceived social support and its relationship with motivation for achievement.
