Volunteering is one of the highest humanitarians work and the finest way of self-discipline, leadership, and adopting an experience of new plans and ideas that expand their life management. Also, make them more efficient and able to lead their future lives and develop sustainable skills. To start with the goal of the research is to study the effectiveness of the National Initiative for the Development of Awareness of Voluntary Governance and its relationship to children's orientation towards future leadership and enhancing their sustainable learning skills. The application of essential study tools (SPSS) awareness questionnaire for volunteer management, Orientation questionnaire for future leadership and sustainable learning skills) on a random sample of (25) children volunteers initiative. Furthermore, we applied the tools of the pilot study to a deliberate sample of 12 children with low and medium awareness of volunteer management. As a result, the experimental curriculum of the study found a set of findings, the most important of which was: the vast majority of children were low- and medium-conscious about managing volunteerism 84% but had a pioneering orientation and interest. With learning skills up to 56%.On the other hand, it was found that there was a positive statistically significant correlation between children's awareness of managing volunteer work with its axes and going for future leadership in its axes, as it was found that there were statistically significant differences between the average grades of children sample the experimental study in awareness of the management of volunteer work with its axes before and after the application of the program" in Favor of the remote application. To sum up. The study recommended that voluntary programs should be designed in schools and work to engage children through community partnerships, encouraging children to participate in family volunteer programs and motivating them to give unconditionally.
