This study aims at identifying the degree to which an educational supervisor performs his role in developing the classroom management skills of primary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine from the teachers ’point of view, and ways to develop it. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. She designed a questionnaire as a tool for data collection consisting of (55 paragraph) distributed into five areas (planning for classroom management and control, class control, classroom activities and classroom interaction, interaction and communication, and motivation and performance evaluation). The questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (360) male and female teachers from the members of the study population whose number was (7890) male and female teachers. The most important findings of the study: 1) The degree of the educational supervisor’s role in developing the classroom management skills of primary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine from the teachers’ point of view had a relative weight of (82%), which means a high agreement rate. 2) There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates, attributable to the gender variable (male - female). 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates, attributable to academic qualification variable (BA or less - postgraduate), in the total degree except for two areas, namely the field of interaction and communication, and the field of motivation and performance evaluation where there are statistically significant differences at a significant level (a ≤ 0.05), in favor of a bachelor or less. 4) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) between the mean scores of the sample estimates, attributable to the years of service variable (less than 5 years - from 5-10 years - from 10 years and more). 5) Determining the ways of developing the role of the educational supervisor in developing the classroom management skills of primary school teachers in the southern governorates of Palestine. The most important recommendations of the study: 1) Activating the role of the educational supervisor in visiting local community institutions. 2) The need for educational supervisors to focus on developing teachers ’managerial skills.
