The aim of this research is to identify the attitudes of teachers in government secondary schools in Jeddah Governorate towards the application of blended learning, during the stage of returning to schools after the Corona pandemic, and to identify the differences between the average responses of the sample members according to the following variables (age, educational qualification, digital skills proficiency level (computer). To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire consisting of (62) items was developed, the validity and reliability of which was confirmed by some arbitrators with expertise and experience. The valid ones were (051) correct responses, which were encoded and entered into the computer, and were statistically processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The research showed that the attitudes of secondary school teachers in Jeddah towards the application of blended learning during the stage of returning to schools after the pandemic were moderate, and the research showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the sample members with regard to the academic qualification variable, and with regard to the experience variable in using the computer, there are differences there is a statistically significant difference between the average responses of the sample members in favor of those who have high educational experience in using the computer. Based on the results of this research, the researcher recommended recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to work on increasing the dissemination of the concept of blended learning in all educational establishments and institutions, through training courses and programs that are prepared for employees, in order to achieve the best possible use of the available human resources.
