The aim of the research is to identify the effect of patterns of participation in an electronic learning environment via the web on developing the skills of maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment for students of industrial education, specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning from the Martyr Muhammad Samir Sharrab Military Industrial Secondary School for Boys, Al-Arish. The sample sets came from the cooling industrial third-grade students, they were divided into three groups, and each group contained (18) students. An achievement test and a note card were used in the skills of maintenance and repair of air conditioners to measure both sides of knowledge the skills as tools for research. The research reached the following results: The presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the three groups in the post application of the achievement test and the observation card for the benefit of the synergistic Collaboration. The size of a large and effective impact of the electronic learning environment via the web in developing the skills of maintenance and repair of air conditioners for third-grade industrial students, specializing in refrigeration and air conditioning, amounted to (0.91) for the achievement test, and (0.96) for the note card.
