The study aims to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on hybrid learning to develop music teachers’ technological competencies to teach musical activities in Corona pandemic. The one-group experimental method was used, with both pre and post measurements. The research sample consisted of (21) music teachers for the primary and preparatory stages who studying curricula and methodology of music education diploma, for the academic year 2020-2021. Music teachers studied using the technological competencies related to (PowerPoint Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and Edmodo platform) programs using hybrid learning. The technology competencies program has been applied Online using Zoom program and face-to-face at the Central Library - Tanta University. The research tools have been applied: obstacles of teaching music activities questionnaire, cognitive achievement test, observation form, and product evaluation form. The results showed a statistically significant difference at (a ³ 0.05) between the mean scores of the experimental group in the two applications, pre and post, for the cognitive achievement test, the observation form, and the product evaluation form - in favor of the post application, and a correlation was found between the achievement test scores.
