The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of school laboratories by teachers of the first three grades in their teaching of science in the schools of Jerash Governorate, in the first semester of the academic year 2022/2023. The study relied on the descriptive approach (based on the survey method), and the researcher developed a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study population consisted of all the teachers of the first three grades in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate, who numbered (517) male and female teachers, of whom (421) were female, and (96) male teachers, according to the statistics of the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate for the academic year (2022-2023). As for her sample, it consisted of (218) teachers from the first three grades in the Directorate of Education in Jerash Governorate, including (50) males and (168) females, who were chosen randomly. The teachers of the first three grades of school laboratories in their teaching of science, from their point of view, were average. The degree of obstacles that the teachers of the first three grades of school laboratories use in their teaching of science was medium, and the results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the variables of gender, teaching experience, and academic qualification. In light of the results, several recommendations were made, including Improving the infrastructure in public schools related to teaching science and using scientific laboratories. (Author’s abstract)
