The present study aimed to present some of the problems of industrial secondary education management and ways to confront them in light of the principles of Islamic administrative thought, by addressing the concept, objectives and importance of industrial secondary education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and defining the current reality of some of the challenges and problems of industrial secondary education management in the Arab Republic of Egypt, And shed light on the principles of Islamic management thought. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the researcher applied a questionnaire directed to a sample of (464) single members of (managers - mentors - teachers) in industrial secondary education schools. The results of the study resulted in the existence of differences between the responses of the study sample on the axes of the third study (reality - problems - requirements), and there were no statistically significant differences between the average degrees of the study sample responses according to years of experience (less than 15 years - more than 15 years) On the three axes of the questionnaire, where the values of t were not statistically significant at a level of significance 0.05, while there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample responses according to the job (manager - instructor - teacher) on the first and third axes of the questionnaire, where the values of a function came Statistically at a significance level of 0.01. It was also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the study sample responses according to the position (manager - instructor - teacher) on the second axis of the questionnaire, where the value of q was not statistically significant at a significance level of 0.05.
