The objective of the research is to identify the effectiveness of an educational program based on the skills of positive thinking in reducing the stress of professional kindergarten teachers and evaluating the effectiveness of an existing program. On the skills of positive thinking in reducing the pressure of the professional kindergarten teachers, participants: 30 kindergarten teachers in the kindergarten of the Martyr Roweni School Complex Abi Bakr al-Siddiq primary with an average age of (31.46) years and a standard deviation (2.29) years, search tools: On his behalf (The preparation researcher), a measure of the professional pressures of kindergarten teachers (preparation researcher), which consists of 60 items distributed in three axes. The approach used is the semi-empirical approach using the design of the single group, statistical methods. The results of the search: the existence of differences between the average scores of the tribal and the barometer for the scale of professional pressure for the benefit of distance measurement, the absence of differences statistically significant between the average distance and follow-up measurements, the researcher recommended the need to take care of administrators and care and training kindergarten teachers The educational climate for them and improve their situation and provide the classroom environment with the necessary educational means to conduct activities, and hold seminars by specialists in schools and workers in the cultural palaces on the importance of extension programs.
