The present study aimed to identify the effect of the use of some Montessori activities in developing visual discrimination skills of a sample of those with visual perception difficulties of first-grade middle school students in Assiut. The research sample consisted of (20) first-grade middle school students with perception difficulties, their ages ranged between (12-13) Year. The sample was divided into control group (10) and experimental group (10), and the research tools consisted of the progressive matries test of Raven and the visual discrimination test (Fathi Al-Zayat, 2007), and the training activities and the results showed a remarkable improvement in visual discrimination skills of the experimental group.
