The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program based on allocating an independent section for the third and fourth grade students below the basic level in developing academic achievement and reducing educational loss in the Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman, and to achieve the objectives of the study; The researchers used the semi-experimental approach with one group. The study sample consisted of (44) male and female students from the third and fourth grades of basic education at Zainab Bint Qais School for Basic Education. By presenting it to a group of arbitrators, and then making sure of its stability. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences in favor of the post application of the study tools. The study recommended taking advantage of the idea of employing the independent division to teach groups of learners below the achievement level to develop and enhance their positive aspects, and to provide them with all means for the success and integration of the educational process.
