In today's world rapid development in all areas, the concepts of innovation, entrepreneurship have become significant factor for continual development and survival. Entrepreneurial leadership bears the concepts of creativity, clarity of vision, pioneering and risk-taking. Adopting the philosophy and practices of entrepreneurship, is compatible with the era of the current industrial and knowledge revolution. Although entrepreneurial leadership practices have impact on creating a creative environment and sustainability yet linking them to the field of educational leadership did not receive sufficient attention to find contemporary strategies to develop entrepreneurship among learners. Accordingly, the current study aimed to identify classroom leadership strategies and behaviors for the development of entrepreneurial leadership among learners, and to explore the challenges that prevent its development. The qualitative approach was followed by interviewing 14 male and female teachers. The results revealed 4 themes related to strategies and behaviors that contribute to the development of entrepreneurial leadership: teacher's leadership style, teaching strategies, revealed and hidden curriculum, and learner's self-building. While with regard to the challenges 4 themes emerged: challenges related to the students to the teachers to the family to the lack of potential needs. Lastly, there are many opportunities for developing entrepreneurial leadership skills of learners through classroom practices. (Author’s abstract)
