The study aimed to identify the level of inclusion of the 4th Grade English Book (We Can1/2) for oral communication skills. To achieve this, the researchers used content analysis method. The study community encompassed of the 4th grade English book (We Can1/2) for oral communication skills. The researchers prepared a card to analyze the 4th Grade English Book (We Can1/2) and reveal the degree of inclusion of oral communication skills, and the study came up with a list of indicators of oral communication skills as included in the content analysis card, The list consisted of (39) indicators spread over (6) main indicators, and the results showed that the average percentage of listening skills in the content of the English book for the 4th grade English Book (We Can1/2) was (95%) and provided significantly, and the average Percentages of speaking skills in the content of the 4th Grade English Book (We Can1/2) were (73.68%), provided on average, and shows statistically significant differences between including oral communication skills in The 4th grade English Book (We Can1/2) is attributed to the change in the type of book in favor of the student book.
