The current study aimed to investigate the impact of educational content based on multimedia, according to Meyer's theory, on the visual thinking skills of third-grade students in the science subject in 2022/2023 scholastic year, and the visual thinking skills scale was built, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences (a ≤ 0.05) in visual thinking skills favor of students who learned using multimedia based on the principles of Meyer's theory, and there were no statistically significant differences due to the effect of gender. Based on the results, the recommendation was recommended: encouraging the consumer who is intended to build the principles of Mayer when the production of the nodal content to reduce the noodles in the demand, and the rehabilitation and training of teachers and teachers to use and produce the media.
