The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the educational program based on cloud computing applications in developing technical drawing skills for industrial second-grade students, , the researcher designed the electronic training website to develop the technical drawing skill, and the researcher chose a sample consisting of (30) students from Industrial second-grade students, department of (cooling and air conditioning). There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) between the mean scores of the pre and post applications in the cognitive achievement test of technical drawing skills observation card for experimental group students in favor of the post application. Students in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended working on providing electronic educational content based on cloud computing, in all disciplines, in which the learner can walk according to his own step, and to benefit from the results of the current research at the application level in creating electronic educational environments based on cloud computing in industrial technical education.
